📦 When will my order be shipped?

We aim to ship all orders within 2–3 business days from regional Victoria. You’ll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as it’s on the way!

🚚 How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is $10 Australia-wide, or free for orders over $150.
Need it in a hurry? Express shipping is available at checkout too.

🌏 Do you ship internationally?

We sure do! We offer international shipping for a flat rate of $20 AUD.
Wherever you are in the world, we’d love to send a little Lickity Split your way.

📏 How do I find my size?

You’ll find a handy Size Guide on each product page (look for the little tab on the right side).

🧵 Something I bought isn’t quite right — what now?

Oh no! If you’ve received something faulty or not quite up to scratch, we’re so sorry. Please send us an email at support@lickitysplit.com.au with a photo and your order number, and we’ll sort it out as quickly (and kindly) as possible.

🔄 Can I return or exchange my item?

Australia

Absolutely — as long as it’s unused and in original condition.
You’ve got 14 days from when it arrives to get in touch. Email us at support@lickitysplit.com.au and we’ll walk you through the process.

International

We're happy to accept returns from our international customers too! Just keep in mind that return shipping costs will need to be covered on your end. If you’d like to return or exchange something, send us an email at hello@lickitysplit.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll walk you through the next steps.

🎁 Can I send something as a gift?

Yes please — we love gift orders! Let us know it’s a gift in the notes at checkout, and we’ll skip the packing slip and make it feel extra special.
