We’re all about keeping things fuss-free here at Lickity Split. So if your new garden gear doesn’t fit quite right or just isn’t what you imagined, don’t worry—we’ve got your back (and your bum, knees, and hands too).

Picked the wrong size? Changed your mind?
No biggie. We offer free return postage for all refunds and exchanges within Australia.

You’ve got 30 days from when your order lands on your doorstep to let us know.
Just make sure your item is:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In its original condition (tags on, no dandelion stains)
  • Free from makeup, perfume, pet hair or marks. 

Pop us a message and we’ll send you a prepaid return label. Easy as potting a pansy.

🌎 For Our International Green Thumbs

We don’t offer exchanges outside Australia (sorry, shipping costs can be a bit wild), but we’re happy to accept a return if you’re happy to cover the postage.
Once your return arrives safely and in its original condition, we’ll refund you—and if you want a different size or style, you’re more than welcome to place a new order.

If We’ve Stuffed Up

If your item arrives damaged, or we’ve accidentally sent you the wrong thing, we’ll fix it quick-smart. We’ll cover all postage costs and send out a replacement—or give you a full refund if you’d prefer. That’s on us.
